I ordered clothes on the 27th May, the website said 1-2 days delivery time. I have ordered before and received it quickly. This time there is no update to the Track and Trace. My package seems to be in Czechia instead of Ireland. The details on the emails for the same orders all differ in information from price to delivery address. There is no customer service phone number and the online chat doesn't seem to be monitored.

Love love love this company. I have ordered various items from this company and they have never disappointed. The quality of the clothing is amazing and the customer service is unreal, any queries are answered almost instantly and I'm always kept up to date on the delivery of a product.

Another flawless delivery from the guys at Ridestore. I have used them a few times now and have never had a problem. Returns are handed with no fuss (free returns too!) so I can't recommend them enough. Spend your money here - you won't be sorry.

I ordered the Adept Women's jacket because it was cute and would match a pair of pants. Besides the fact that it arrived in only 3 days, it trumped all of my expectations. Sizing was perfect, weight and pockets were exactly what I need, and the colors were even prettier in person. It feels nicer than some of my $700 jackets. If it holds up as well as it looks out of the bag, I'll definitely be ordering more.

I ordered my coat to the wrong address and used their online chat to try and sort it out. Even though it was 11pm someone was there to change the address straight away. Then they kindly upgraded my postage to first class even though the mistake was completely my own. The parcel arrived early and to the right address!
They really are leading the way in customer service standards. Other companies can learn a lot from these guys, I'll definitely be ordering from Ridestore again! Thank you, keep it up!

I would give 20 stars if I could! Very good quality products, an amazing customer service and I mean it! The girls stayed in touch after the purchase to make sure that I am happy and helped understand the ratings of waterproofing of my jacket. Honestly, every single online seller should learn from these guys. I will DEFINITELY be buying again! I strongly recommended this shop to get your gear sorted

These guys are absolutely amazing!
1st off there clothing is so nice and the quality is amazing seriously! I just ordered a snapback cap and was told it would arrive 3 4 days after Xmas which was fine but received it today! The next day!
I even texted the number I got the tracking from and I got a quick response everytime! I'm shocked with pleasure! Ther Dope collection is great and the info on each item is great. I'm a true fan of the ride store now! Great service and products are of an exceptional quality! Meery Christmas
